With the findings of the kidnapper's note and the crossing of State lines by these kidnappers, it is evident that this crime needs a central location to receive and send information to different law enforcement organizations involved in this action. Therefore, it has been requested by Washington that a special Task Force be introduced as a Command Center to Intel all incoming data and to relay such information to the parties involved on a "need to know basis". This individual to head this delicate job should be a subject with impeccable credentials, bravery in the face of untold danger, a genius in the world of intrigue, and cool, cunning and most of all.....just plain SLICK!!!!!
