Ruff Golden reporting: The final photo from the Top Secret Drone before it ran out of fuel showed what Commander Tony El Tigre believes to be the main body of the conspirators who kidnapped our beloved Mr. Manatee. This final photo will be broadcast to all law enforcement agencies across the Country in hopes that the task force will receive a lead as to the location of these "creatures of interest". Ruff Golden is pleading with the public that if anyone has any information or sightings of these subjects, please contact your local Law Enforcement Agency... all information will be kept confidential.
