Shortly after the news that our latest accident victim has regained consciousness, there has been a dramatic development in an undisclosed location that may break this case wide open.... YES, the mistress of our beloved Mr. Manatee has been released unharmed in a secret location. Chief Cummins has relayed to the Task Force, this reporter, and his officers that they have found Miss Octopussy released unharmed somewhere in Texas near the Mexican Border. Thanks to a border DRONE controlled by our Air Force, local authorities were able to find our poor kidnapped victim, Miss Octopussy, left alone with no water in the snake filled, scorpion riddled desert of South Texas. Thanks to the quick action of Chief Cummins and his officers our victim is being transported to Baylor Medical Center by helicopter and her chances of a full recovery look good. Hopefully authorities will be able to interview her soon and gain information into this deadly ring of kidnappers and their location. Commander Tony El Tigre believes that the accident involving the fleeing felon, and his recovery, may have had a great deal to do with the release Miss Octopussy. Commander Tony stated "I believe that they were afraid he would talk to save his own skin and that Miss Octopussy was just too much of a liability to slow them down, so either kill her or let her go!!!!!!".
